Finding the perfect wellington boot

As you can probably imagine, with horses and dogs my lifestyle requires me to spend the majority of my time in a boot of some sort.

Over the years I have learnt to become very particular in which boots I chose to spend my hard earned cash on, especially wellington boots! This came about after one very disappointing year whereby I got through 3 pairs, all of which were different brands.

I was getting to the point of thinking that they simply don’t make them like they used to.

That was until my mother got so fed up of listening to me constantly complaining about boots that she presented me with a pair of Le Chameaus, a brand that up until that point I had never heard of. Yet now they are the only wellington boots that I will ever wear again.

Established in 1927, Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker making each pair unique. Le Chameau only use the highest quality materials and have a wide range of iconic and innovative styles for both men and women.

I have been so impressed with the quality, durability and longevity of these boots. My original pair are still going strong now three of fours years down the line, despite them being worn everyday, in mud, mucky stables, and on long walks.

With my two nutty dals and the amount of exercise they require, I need comfort in a boot and I can honestly say that Le Chameau are the most comfortable wellington boot I have ever worn.

Smiles all round

To top it off Le Chameau boots are also stylish, I especially love their new classic equine inspired Andalou boots.

As you can probably tell Le Chameau is a brand that I regard highly, therefore  a few months back when I was approached and asked if I would be interested in collaborating with them I jumped at the chance.

I am excited to be a part of the journey to help the brand get the recognition it truly deserves.

If you are thinking of investing in a new pair of boots this winter Le Chameau are the way to go. You will not be disappointed as they really do go the distance. Where will you go in yours……?

Bunter agrees they are awesome
